Abigael is the daycare owner and operator. She has been working with children her entire adult life. She has been a nanny, worked as a childcare assistant in other daycares and even ran her first daycare before staying home with her 4 youngest children from 2020-2025. She has a degree in education and is passionate about helping children grow and support their parents along the way. 

Jo is Abigaels partner and up until April of 2026 ran the daycare along side her. Jo now works as a hospice chaplain outside the home but you will still find Jo caring for children in their free time. Jo has worked with children for over 20 years before becoming a pastor. 

Nick has been a valued employee at Rainbow Sprouts since August of 2025. Nick was a stay-at-home dad for the 5 years prior to starting at Rainbow Sprouts. He and his wife, Lindsey, have three biological sons and one adopted daughter. They are a licensed foster home and currently have one teenager placed with them. Nick's family is neurospicy, queer affirming, and racially diverse. They enjoy trips to Lake Michigan, all kinds of festivals, and corn on the cob!

Ms Kristina started at Rainbow Sprouts in April of 2026. She has a CDA and enjoys learning all the new information that comes out about early childhood development. She has over 20 years of experience working with children. Ms. Kristina  enjoys watching kids grow and learn new things. Kids and staff alike love joking around with Ms. Kristina and working off the endless energy she brings to our daycare. 

Clem is our oldest child and has been working at Rainbow Sprouts since June of 2025. She enjoys playing with all the children in our daycare and looks forward to seeing them everyday. Clem currently attends school at GRCC full time and works part time for Rainbow Sprouts. When Clem isn't working or studying you will find her talking to her friends or playing games online.
